Racks are a staple item for every bakery, for all bakeries it’s storage racks and for those using rack ovens it’s as units with suitable castors for using within the oven.
Our racks are all 304 grade stainless steel with quality swivel castors however we also offer mild steel options.
Manufactured from 25mm square box section with 25mm x 25mm angled runners that are safely edged, the racks are made to take either 762mm x 457mm or 400mm x 600mm trays.
